You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your return or exchange request. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process and appear on your bank statement.
